Key Responsibilities
- Execute API production activities as per batch manufacturing records (BMR)
- Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other process equipment
- Ensure strict adherence to cGMP and safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate batch documentation and production logs
- Monitor process parameters and report deviations
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for sampling and quality compliance
- Follow SOPs and contribute to continuous process improvement
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc in Chemistry / B.Tech Chemical / Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- 0–7 years of experience in API Production (Pharma industry mandatory)
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and batch processing
- Understanding of chemical reactions, process safety, and equipment handling
- Strong documentation and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shift-based manufacturing environment
