Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor API production equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, and dryers
- Execute batch manufacturing processes as per BMR/BPR guidelines
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety, and quality standards
- Maintain proper documentation and production logs
- Perform cleaning, line clearance, and in-process checks
- Assist in troubleshooting process deviations and optimizing yield
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for compliance and sampling
Qualifications
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- B.E / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
- Freshers (2024 & 2025 pass-outs only)
- Basic understanding of API manufacturing processes and GMP
