💼 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Production Department

• Assist in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes under GMP guidelines
• Support activities like batch processing, documentation (BMR/BPR), and line clearance
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in production areas
• Work with operators on equipment handling and shift operations

🔹 Engineering Department

• Assist in maintenance and troubleshooting of plant machinery
• Support HVAC, utilities, and equipment calibration activities
• Participate in preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with engineering and safety protocols

🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility

• Education: B.Sc (Chemistry), B.A, B.Com
• Experience: Freshers (no prior work experience required)
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Must not be enrolled under ESIC & EPF
  • Only candidates eligible under apprenticeship norms
  • Willingness to work in manufacturing/plant environment
