Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Experience
- 15–25 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end API batch manufacturing.
- Ensure cGMP compliance and accurate BMR/BPR documentation.
- Achieve production yield, OEE, and cost targets.
- Drive RCA, CAPA, Lean Manufacturing, and DOE initiatives.
- Manage multi-shift production teams.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
- Maintain audit readiness for WHO, MHRA, and USFDA inspections.
- Mentor production teams and optimize manufacturing processes.
2. Production (API) – Executive / Officer / Chemist
Qualification
- B.E., B.Sc., or M.Sc. (Chemical)
Experience
- 2–15 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Execute API batch manufacturing according to approved BMR/BPR.
- Follow cGMP guidelines during manufacturing.
- Monitor in-process activities.
- Coordinate sampling with QC.
- Support deviation investigations and CAPA implementation.
- Improve production yield and equipment efficiency.
- Train operators and maintain accurate documentation.
3. Technology Transfer (API) – Executive / Officer / Chemist

Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Scale up API manufacturing processes.
- Execute technology transfer activities.
- Prepare technology transfer dossiers.
- Monitor Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) and Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs).
- Support analytical method transfer.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and external vendors.
- Handle documentation, investigations, and CAPA.
4. Production (API) – Trainee
Qualification
- B.E.
- B.Sc.
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Experience
- Freshers
Responsibilities
- Assist operators and chemists during manufacturing.
- Learn GMP and SOP requirements.
- Support reagent preparation and sampling.
- Maintain production documentation.
- Follow housekeeping and HSE practices.
- Gain practical exposure to API manufacturing operations.
