Key Responsibilities
The Project Management Professional will be responsible for:
- Supporting planning, coordination, and monitoring of pharmaceutical projects.
- Coordinating internal resources and external vendors for smooth project execution.
- Ensuring projects are delivered OTIF (On Time In Full).
- Managing project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinating with licensing teams and manufacturing sites for timely license execution.
- Supporting new project implementation across API and FML units.
- Preparing project trackers, reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Recording and maintaining Meeting Minutes (MOM).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience in project management or pharmaceutical operations.
