Key Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and validate ELISA-based immunoassays
- Develop and improve IVD diagnostic kits
- Optimize reagent performance including antibodies, antigens, and buffers
- Perform assay validation for sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility
- Transfer validated methods from R&D to production scale
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with GLP/GMP practices
- Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry OR B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology
- 0–2 years of experience in ELISA / immunoassay development (freshers eligible)
- Strong understanding of biochemistry and molecular biology concepts
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience in antibody conjugation techniques
- Expertise in ELISA plate coating and assay optimization
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Knowledge of IVD product development and validation protocols
- Familiarity with GMP/GLP documentation practices
