Job Description: Junior Executive – DC Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking and accountability of shift activities
- Monitoring overnight chemical reactions
- Handling hydrogenation lab reactions post general working hours
- Preparing and managing inorganic chemicals for lab operations
- Supplying oxygen/argon/carbon dioxide/ammonia cylinders as needed
- Toxic material quenching and movement to designated stations
- Recording lab cold room temperature
- Overseeing fresh solvent filling activities
- Addressing emergency incidents in the lab
- Ensuring equipment and instruments are switched off when not in use
- Preparing scrubber solutions for lab hoods and specialized labs
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: B.Sc (Chemistry or related field preferred)
- Experience: 0-3 years in lab operations or chemical handling
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, responsibility, and problem-solving abilities
- Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics, warehouse operations, or documentation (SEZ/US-related) is a plus
