Job Description: Assistant/Executive – Fermentation Production
Location:
Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor large-scale industrial fermentation processes.
- Manage fermenters ranging from 50 KL to 250 KL capacity.
- Handle fed-batch and continuous partial harvest fermentation systems.
- Ensure smooth shift operations in a 24/7 production environment.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize fermentation parameters to maximize yield and efficiency.
Qualification:
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech in Biotechnology or related fields.
Experience:
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in industrial fermentation.
- Proven experience in large-scale fermentation operations, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
- Familiarity with shift work and large fermenters is essential.
