Karishma is not only involved with Sun Pharma’s CSR industries but also serves as a director at Sun Petrochemicals, a major player in the oil and gas sector promoted by the Shanghvi family. Also, she actively donates to the Shantilal Shanghvi Foundation, which focuses on improving education and healthcare services.
In 2019, Karishma took a bold step in education by founding Shikha Academy, a cheap international school in Mumbai that provides high-quality education to talented children from lower-income families.
