Key Responsibilities
Production (Softgel)
- Supervise softgel capsule manufacturing operations.
- Ensure GMP compliance during production activities.
- Monitor batch processing and documentation.
- Handle regulatory audit requirements.
Quality Control
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and compliance.
- Execute instrument calibration and validation activities.
Analytical Development Lab (ADL)
- Conduct method development and validation.
- Prepare analytical reports and technical documentation.
- Support product development and regulatory submissions.
Quality Assurance (IPQA & QA Reviewer)
- Conduct in-process quality checks.
- Review batch manufacturing records and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, EU GMP, and MHRA requirements.
Formulation & Development
- Develop and optimize softgel formulations.
- Support technology transfer activities.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for product development.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess:
- M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc, or B.Sc qualification.
- Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.
- Experience handling FDA, EU GMP, MHRA, or other international audits (for senior positions).
