Cipla is hiring for the following positions in pharmaceutical manufacturing and related operations.
1. Junior Operator
Experience: 1–4 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing and packing operations, including granulation, compression, and coating.
- Primary packing, secondary packing, and bottle packing.
- Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI) filling operations.
Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma in Pharmacy
- B.Sc.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
2. Senior Officer
Experience: 4–8 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Sterile aseptic filling operations.
- Maintenance and electrical engineering operations.
Educational Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Candidates must have experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background.
3. Apprentice
Experience: Freshers
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in OSD manufacturing operations.
- Assist in MDI manufacturing operations.
- Assist in sterile manufacturing operations under supervision.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the educational and experience requirements for their preferred position.
- Junior Operator: Relevant qualifications and 1–4 years of experience.
- Senior Officer: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 4–8 years of experience.
- Apprentice: Relevant diploma qualification; freshers can apply.
