Key Responsibilities
R&D Roles
- Perform organic synthesis and process development
- Execute lab-scale experiments and scale-up activities
- Maintain documentation as per GLP standards
- Support technology transfer and validation activities
ARD Roles
- Perform analysis using HPLC, GC, UV, and wet chemistry techniques
- Conduct method development and validation
- Handle stability sample testing and data reporting
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- M.Sc in Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry
- Experience in pharmaceutical R&D or ARD labs
- Strong knowledge of analytical instruments (HPLC, GC)
