Key Responsibilities
Production Operators (Granulation, Compression & Cartonator)
- Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment as per SOPs.
- Monitor production processes and ensure GMP compliance.
- Maintain batch records and production documentation.
- Ensure smooth machine operations and troubleshooting.
- Follow safety and quality standards during manufacturing.
Engineering Officers / Senior Officers
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor electrical systems and utility equipment.
- Ensure equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
- Maintain engineering documentation and compliance records.
- Support validation and qualification activities.
Associate Manager – Production Capsule
- Lead capsule manufacturing operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Manage manpower and shift activities.
- Maintain cGMP compliance and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
Production Department
- HSC with ITI or Diploma (Full Time)
- Experience in Granulation, Compression, or Cartonator operations
- Understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices
Engineering Department
- Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in pharmaceutical plant maintenance
- Knowledge of utilities and electrical systems
Production Capsule
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm
- Strong leadership and production management experience
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations
