Key Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform analysis using HPLC, GC, and other laboratory instruments.
- Conduct Raw Material (RM), Finished Goods (FG), and stability testing.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and laboratory documentation requirements.
- Maintain analytical records and reports.
Production
- Handle compression, granulation, coating, and liquid manufacturing operations.
- Monitor batch manufacturing activities.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP guidelines, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with quality and engineering teams for smooth operations.
R&D / AR&D
- Analytical method development and validation.
- Product development and formulation support.
- Preparation of technical documentation and reports.
- Support technology transfer activities.
PPIC
- Production planning and inventory control.
- Material requirement planning and coordination.
- Monitoring production schedules and dispatch planning.
- Optimizing inventory and manufacturing resources.
Engineering & Maintenance
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
