🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Perform Microbial Limit Testing (MLT) for raw materials and finished products
- Conduct water analysis (Purified Water, RO, WFI) and trend monitoring
- Prepare microbiological media and execute Growth Promotion Testing (GPT)
- Carry out Environmental Monitoring (EM) including air, surface, and personnel sampling
- Perform microbial identification and maintain culture stocks
- Ensure proper GMP/GLP documentation and assist in audits and inspections
- Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and aseptic practices
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Microbiology or Life Sciences
- 2–4 years of experience in pharma microbiology (OSD)
- Strong understanding of:
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)
- Aseptic techniques and contamination control
- Hands-on experience in:
- MLT, GPT, EM, water testing
- Culture handling and microbial identification
- Good documentation and audit readiness skills
