📋 Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytical formulation research and development for US & Europe markets
- Manage and guide a team in the analytical development laboratory

- Monitor project progress to meet scientific milestones and deadlines

🎓 Qualifications Required
- M.Pharm / M.Sc or equivalent in relevant discipline

- Prior leadership experience in pharma R&D is highly desirable
